HR & Admin Assistant (On‑site) : Qatar

At BS Group International, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR & Admin Assistant to support our Qatar-based operations by ensuring smooth HR processes, efficient administrative support, and effective coordination across departments.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people‑oriented, and capable of handling HR and administrative responsibilities independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave management.
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer documentation.
- Handle administrative tasks such as office correspondence, document control, filing, and coordination with vendors.
- Support payroll preparation by coordinating attendance, leave data, and employee information with finance/HR teams.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari labor laws, company policies, and internal HR procedures.
- Coordinate employee benefits, medical insurance documentation, and end‑of‑service records.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR and administrative queries.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience
(Qatar experience preferred) - Familiarity with HR processes, documentation, and basic labor law compliance
- Working experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) or HR management software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices
- Experience handling PRO / government-related documentation (MOL, residence permits, visas)
- Exposure to payroll coordination or HR reporting
- Ability to support employee training and performance documentation
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
